在介绍低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)技术的基础上,阐述了LTCC微波介质陶瓷材料的特点及应用背景。综述了BaTi4O9、Ca[(Li1/3Nb2/3)1-xTix]O3-δ、ZnNb2O6、ZnTiO3及Li2O-Nb2O5-TiO2等常用的LTCC微波介质陶瓷材料体系。指出了目前研究中存在的问题,指出新体系的开发是今后的主要研究方向。新体系可以采用多相复合,也可以由几种低熔点氧化物化合而产生。
Abstract:The characteristics and applications of microwave dielectric ceramic materials for low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) technology were described based on the conception of LTCC. Several commonly used microwave dielectric ceramic systems for LTCC filters and resonators such as BaTi4O9, Ca[(Li1/3Nb2/3)1-xTix]O3-δ, ZnNb2O6, ZnTiO3 and Li2O-Nb2O5-TiO2 were reviewed. The existing problems in these researches were pointed out. The main research direction is to develop new material systems,which can be obtained by multi-phase combination of several common microwave dielectric ceramics or comes from the composites of several oxides with low melting points.
