从使用微波介质陶瓷材料制作微波介质谐振器的角度,详细综述了微波介质陶瓷材料的特性、发展现状,讨论了提高微波介质材料性能的途径,指出了其今后的发展和应用方向。
Abstract:Properties of microwave dielectric ceramics and it's development are described in derail from the point of view of making microwave dielectric resonators by use of the microwave ceramics. The way to improve it's properties,development and application trends of the ceramics are indicated.
